Fleet Lane now in Lease to her at £2 P Ann
for ye Term of 21 Years, ( from Midsummer
1741 when ye present Lease will expire)
at ye same Yearly Rent of £2. Clear Rent
& paying £20 Fine on executing ye Lease

Gave to ye Poors Box 10 Shilln

Ordered that Abrahams Ward
be converted into a Room for ye Doctors &
Surgeons of this Hospitall, & ye the new
Ward be opened in stead thereof, but the
Number of Bedds therein are not to exceed
15.
