mittee yt Mr Baker had informed him yt. Mr
Barnabas Rickens< no role > one of his Pupills had behaved
himself very diligently in attending the Practice
of Surgery in this Hospitall & had recommended
him to have a Certificate

Ordered that the said Mr
Rickens have a Certificate granted him as usual

Grant to
Hannah Bulpen< no role >

Agreed with Mr Hannah
Bulpen< no role > to grant her a Lease of the Houses & Stables
in Blackman Street now in Lease to her for ye Town
of 21 Years from Lady Day 1747. when the present
Lease will expire at ye yearly Rent of £20 clear
Rent, paying £550 Fine on executing the Lease
