Mr Richard Saunders< no role > & Mr. Townsend had
agreed between themselves abt. the Back Pas-
sage leading out of the Fountain Tavern towds.
St. Sepulchre's Church; vizt. that the Sd. Pas-
sage should be kept open; & yt. Mr. Saunders
should pay 2s.6d P Ann to the Hospitall as an
Acknowledgment for his having free Passage
through ye. same into ye said Tavern & he is to
keep ye. said Passage in Repair both bottom &
sides.
