late Trear should Convey ye Estate of Pinner
Park Farm unto ye. Hospitall (the Pur-
-chase being taken in ye. Name of sd. Mr.
Joye as a Trustee for ye. Hospital & that,
if Councill shall advise such Conveyance the
Clerk do prepare ye. same.

executed by ye Hospitall to James Joye< no role > Esqr
the Execr of Mr. Joye of all Demands of ye
Hospitall one ye Estate of Mr. Joye on his
Heir at Law's executing such Conveyance
if Council shall advise yt. such Conveyance
is proper to be made.

him a Lease of ye. House in St. Thomas's
Parish near Mr. Guys Hospital in the
Possession of Mr. Geo: Scott< no role > from Lady
Day next at £28 P Ann for ye Term of
7 Years on the same Agreemts. yt. Mr. Scot
took it.
