The Minutes of the last Grand Committee
held the 2d April last were read & confirmed

Mr Edmonds attended the Committee &
at his Desire the Committee agreed with Mr
Willm. Spier< no role > to rebuild ye three Houses in St
Thomas's Street , in ye stead of ye said Mr Edmonds
upon the same Terms as was agreed at ye last
Grand Committee with Mr Edmonds

3 houses in ye room
of Edmonds

Ordered that Mr Breholt Mr. Lamborn
Mr George Baker< no role > , Mr Richards & Mr Mount be a
Committee with Mr. Treasurer to view the Houses
at Wapping in Lease to ye Eaccutrs. of Lady Cass
& other Houses there & to report the Condition of
the same to this Committee

Mr Treasurer reported that
he had more Money in his Hands than would be
wanted for the use of this Hospitall for abt a Year
or two

£2000 tent on ye
Land Tax.

Ordered that Mr. Treasurer be at
Liberty to lend £2000 of the Hospitall's Money
in his Hands upon ye Land Tax for ye Use of
this Hospitall

Grant to James
& Steere

Agreed with Mr James Steere< no role > to
grant him a Lease of Nine Houses in Black &
White Court in ye Old Baily late in Lease to Ann
Bond< no role > for 51 Years from Lady Day next at £18
P Ann clear Rent & within the first three Years
to build Five New Houses at least on the Premises
