The Clerk proposed to this Committee to
consider his pains & service with respect to some
difficulties that arose with relation to the Election
of Presidents and Governors.

Clerks Affair.


Mr. Treasurer, Dr. Avery Mr. Way, Mr. Martin,
Mr. Hucks & Mr. Mount, or any three of them
are appointed a Committee, & desired to examine
into the pains & Service of the Clerk on the said
Occasion & report their opinion to the Grand
Committee.

Mr. Jeremiah Richardson< no role > and Mr.
Blamyre attended the Committee on the
matter of the Nusance Complain'd off by Mr.
Richardson and upon hearing them both
It is Order'd that Mr. Blamyre do forthwith
remove the said Nusance.

Grant to Wm. Brown


Agreed with Mr. William Brown< no role > to grant
him a Building Lease of the house in the
Burrough late Cowchers for 61 Years from
Michas next at £10 P ann clear rent & £100
Fine he Surrending the present Lease, Subject
to the approbation of the General Court.

5s to the Poor's Box.

Mr. Treasurer laid before this Committee
an Estimate made by Mr. Streere the
Surveyor of the charge of repairing the House
appointed for Mr. Green the present Receiver
amounting to £126,,10,,-

Mr. Treasurer is desired to give direction
for the said House to be repaired forthwith.
