at Fulborn & Tiversham near Cambridge and
and proposed to give the present Rents and pay
the same fines as in the present Leases but the
same was not accepted

Peter Bold< no role > Esqr . tenant of the Hospital Estate
at Brewick attended & proposed some Variation
in the new Lease with respect to the Lands allowed
to be plowed and It was agred that there
shall be a Clause that no Lands shall be plowed
exceept the particular Lands specifyed
without Special Licence for that purpose

to Sr Gerard Conyers< no role > & himself in trust
for the Hospital.

Orderd That a View be taken of a House
& tan yard in the Grange road in Bermondsey
Parish in Lease to Nathaniel Smith< no role > And
Mr Trear Mr Thomas Hucks< no role > Mr Malyn
& Mr Copland are appoind a Committee
and desired to View the said premises
