The Clerk acquainted this Committee that he had
proposed to John Cotton< no role > now a prisoner in
the fleet to discharge him on assigning abt.
£5 due from [..] Some under tenant & executing
a bond for £80 But advising with some of his
fellow prisoners he refused those terms
insisting that he should be discharge by
Act of Parlament
