Abby to grant him a Lease of the farm at
Parndon in Essex now in the tenure of
John Woollard< no role > for a term of 21 years from
Michas next at £32 P ann rent free from
all Taxes Quit Rents & outgoings

A Petition of John Cotton< no role > late tenant of
a Small House & 16 acres of Land at Hackney
was presented praying the Compasion of the
Committee and that he may be discharged
from his present Confinement he being
a Prisoner in the fleet for £80 rent due
to the Hospital

Upon considering the Case & Circumstance
of the said Cotton Its the Opinion of this
Committee that it be left to the Clerk to
discharge him from Prison on such terms
as he thinks proper taking his Bond
for the money if he can get no better
