Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 5th. of
Octr. were read & approved.

Mr Trear acquainted this Comittee that he
together with Sr. Joseph Eyles< no role > Sr . John Lock< no role > Dr.
Hulse Dr Avery and Mr. Robt. Hucks< no role > attended
by the Clerk had presented a Green Staff to
His Grace the Duke of NewCastle which his
Grace accepted with many expressions of
great regard to this Hospital and has Since
been pleased to send £100 for the Service of
it.

This Committee desired Dr Hulse to return
their thanks to the Duke of Newcastle for
his Charitable donation to this Hospital
and the Clerk is to acquaint the Dr with
such the desire of the Committee

The Clerk acquainted this Committee
that he had sent Copys of the resolutions
concerning the Expence of the Apothecarys Shop
to the Physitions & Apothecary according
to the directions of the last General Court

Account of his Letting the Coleworks
at Tibshelf to Mr. Fletcher & Barber
for one year from this Michas at £35
