Stock on the said Mr Hancocks farm and
which method he thinks will be proper to take
for Securing the arrear and that he will be so
kind as to act for the Hospital in that respect

The Clerk is also to send Mr Serocold a
proper power to distrain and act for the
Hospital with respect to the said Hancocks
arrear.

Thomas Bruce< no role > , tenant of 3 Houses
in the Old Change against whom an Ejectment
has been brought for non payment of rent
and neglecting repairs Attended and
proposed to pay the rent due & the Costs
of the Ejectment and promised to put
the premisses into good repair forthwith

Order'd

That upon the said Mr. Bruce
paying the Rent in arrear & the Costs
the Clerk do stay proceedings on the
ejectment
