Courts to be
held

Mr. Trear, reported from the Committee appointed
to enquire into the State of the Quit rents &
Arrears standing out. That they had met
and considered of the matters to them referr'd
and that it is their opinion. That in
order to procure a true State of the Quit
-Rents the Clerk should some time in
August next hold Courts at the
Several manners belonging to this
Hospital and cause notice to be
published at the time of Summoning
the Courts that all theTenantsFee &
Copy hold Tenants do bring in their last
receipts for Quit rents & pay what is
become due since those receipts and
that such as do not shall be distrained
for such rents as do not appear to
have been paid

That it is also the opinion of the said
Committee That the Clark should write
to all the Lease hold tenants who
