Proposals for building
to be deliver'd to Builder

Grand Committee
Tuesday 16 Febry.
1735

Minutes of last Grand Committee held 28th
Janry. last read & approved.

Mr. Trear Reported from the Committee
for viewing & considering of rebuilding
divers houses in St. Thomas's Street that the
said Committee had met & considerd the
Plan laid before them by Mr Danson & a Plan
Drawn by Mr Porter and had fix'd on the Plan
prepared by Mr Danson, and had given
directions for the leaving the same at the
Compting house with the proposals of the
manner of Building also drawn out by
Mr Danson, that the Plan may be Shew'd
and Copies of the Proposals deliverd to
such builders as shall desire & who shall
bring a Letter from one of the Governors of
this Hospital for that purpose.

This Grand Committee approve of the
above mentioned proceedings of the said Sub
Committee

proposals for building


Order'd

That a letter be sent to each
member of the Grand Committee to acquaint them
that the Plan & Proposals are left at the Compt
-ing house & that Copies of the proposals are to
be deliverd only to such Builders as shall
bring a letters from Governors, and that
any builders who shall incline to undertake
the work are to deliver in their terms Seald up
