Minutes of the last Grand Committee
held 6 April last read & approved.

Mr. Treasurer Sr J. Lade Mr Lesingham,
and Mr Thomas Martin< no role > or any 2 of them
are appointed a Committee & desired to examine
into the Arrears of Quit rents & Rents due
to this Hospital and Report the State
thereof to the next Grand Committee

The Clark laid before this Committee Letter
his lately reced from Mr Serocold giving an
account that he had spoke with Mr John Hancock< no role >
about his arrear but could get no Security
only a promise to pay at Xmas next
and that he Mr Serocold had Viewd the
Barn Etc at Comberton & thought it necessary
to have some repairs done and a pair of other doors
made to the Barn

That the Clerk do write Mr Serocold &
desire him to give directions for the barn
doors & such repairs as he shall see necessary
and also to desire his opinion of the
