The Clerk Acquanted this Committee that the
Oweners of Pinner Park Farm are desirous to have
the Purchase Money paid and the Purchase Compleated
and that Mr, Horsmanand Mr Pigott have perused &
approved the Title as appears by the Abstracts

Sr . John Lade< no role > Mr Tower are added to the
Comitee formerly appointed to treat and agree
for that Purchase and the said Committee or any
three of themfurther to proceed to Compleate
the Purchase and Mr. Treasurer is desired to Sell
the East India Bonds (or what are necessary)
belonging to this Hospital in his custody in
order to raise the Money to pay for the said
Farm
