Minutes of last Grand Committee held the 2d
instant read & approved.

Mr Southgate attended & acquainted this Comee
that he had view'd the Hospital Estates at Hellions
Bumpstead and Parndon in Essex and he delivered
in Reports in Wrighting touching the Condition &
Circumstances of each of those estates.

It appearing to be necessary that imediate
Care should be taken for the Setting of Wollards
Farm at Parndon to a better Tenant (which at
Prsent offers) & to Secure the Crop on the Ground
towards his Arrear of rent

Comee to go to Parndon


Mr Treasurer Mr Dawkins Mr Tower & Mr
Hollister are desired to go with the soonest
Convenanice to Parpdon and they or any two
of them or Mr. Trear alone are impower'd to let the said
Wollards farm as they shall Judge most for
the Hospitals Service and in the mean time
Mr. Southgate is to go thither and treat with
such Persons as propose to take the Farm and
to get an Estimate of Wollard Crop & take
his Surrender of his Contract under which
he holds the Farm

Regulation of Fees
to Sister & Nurses


This Commitee proceeded to consider of
a regulation of Fees taken of Patients by the Sisters and
Nurses in this Hospital and the Several
resolutions of the Sub Comittee appointed
for that purpose and now read and are as
