Mr. Trear Acquainted this Committee that
he being informed that Mr
Joseph Casberd< no role >
Minister
of this Parish had on Sunday the
30th, day of July last caused

one of the Parishioners to do some penance
in the Vestry of the Parish Church by Vertue
of some Order or precept from the Bishop
of Winchester
[..] some Officer under
the said Bishop he the Trear directed the
Clerk of this Hospital to Write Mr Casberd
to attends this Grand Committee and to bring
with him the Order or precept on which
he had proceeded
That Mr. Casberd has left at the
Compting house an order or precept under
the hand of Mr. Cheslyn Depty. Regr. of the
Epissopal Court of Winchester enjoyning
