Mr. Cracknee Spencer< no role > Agrees to take a Lease
of the Cock Farme als White House Farme in
Parndon now in his own possession with the
Land in Lanhams hand and the Two little
springs for 21 years from Michas last at £35.
P Ann Tax free The Covenants are to be as in
the last Lease to Mr. Brett and such others as are
usual and reasonable

He gave 2s. 6d to the poors

Ordered that Mr. Treasurer Issue the Mony
for the Repaires & Alterations of the Houses of
Buildings at Parndon as there shall be Occasion

Ordered that the Book which has of late been
kept by Mr. Mead the Surgery man for Entring
of the Surgeons Pupills and is now in Mr Trear
hands be Left with the said Mr. Mead who is
not to Deliver the same out of his hands to any
other person but Mr. Treasurer Or as he shall
think fit to Order.

Ordered That Mr. Treasurer take much Course
with Mrs. Doncaster in St. Thomas's for Obtaining
the great Arrears of Rent due from her as he
shall think proper.

Minutes of last Grand Committee Read & approved
A Legacy of £100. being lately left to this Hospital
by Mrs. Ruth Dade< no role > 's Will to be Disposed of as her Extrix
shall think fit to the Poor Wounded Seamen & Soldiers
& the most miserable in this Hospital within One year
next after her Decease And the Executrix desiring
Mr. Trears Assistance therein He is Impowered to
Agree to such Disposicon of the said Legacy as he
