the other part of the said Houses for 21 years from
the End of this present Lease which was not approved
The Rents of these Houses are abt. £51. P Ann

Mr. Smart proposes for Clarks House in St. Thomas's
Parish late in Possession of Obediah Thomas< no role > Five
Guineas Fine & £4. P Ann Rent Tax Free and to Lay
out £26. in Repaires for a Lease of 30. years not
approved.

Phipps's Agreemt:


Mr. Robt. Phipps< no role > Agreed to pay £22.10s. P Ann Tax
Free from Michas last as Tennt. at Will of several
Houses in and near Crown Court and the Tents in
St. Thomas's Parish He is to put the Houses into
Tennantable Repaire at his own Charge and to
leave them so upon Six Months Notice to be given
on either side.

Mr. Joseph Clark< no role > Proposes for the Four Houses
against the meeting House in St. Thomas's as at
the last Committee but one Only Adds £5. to his
Fine Not Approved.

Fowler, Dyer
Old Houses in St:
Thomas's Pish .}


Agreed with Mr. Fowler Dyer< no role > to Grant him a
Lease of the said Four Houses for 52. years from
Michas last At £10. P Ann Tax Free a [..] Fine of
£20. He is to Lay out £250 in New Building Three of
the Houses which are now Empty with Brickfronts
& Brick Party Walls & Repaires of the other House
which is in Hulberts possession within Two years
All the Pantiles & other Materialls which have been
put into the said Empty House by Order of the Hospl.
are to be taken out and not to belong to Mr. Fowler

He gave 5s. to the Poors Box

Mr. Moore a Printer in Fleet Lane Proposes £8. P
Ann Tax Free for One of the Houses in Fleet Lane
late Martin & Marriott for 21. years from Michas
last or £10. P Ann Tax Free for both the sd. Houses
And to Repaire the same at his own Charge Not
Approved He is to Attend again next Committee.
