19o: July: 1723 :

Minutes of Last Grand Comittee Read and Approved

The Proposalls which have been sent to the Compting
House for the Houses in Wapping and the Houses and [..] Ground
in Kent Street were Read, And the Persons who have made
proposalls for the Wapping Houses are to have Notice to
Attend the next Comittee, The Comittee not thinking it
propper to Treat for both Estates at the same time.

The Report of the Gentlemen who were upon the View
the 26th: of June last at Alvethly & Clay Tye, was Read

And the Contract made with Mr. Henry Collier< no role > deceased
for the Lease of the Dememes of the Mannor of Alvethley
the-5th: June-1700: And the Reports to the Generall Couts
16th: December-1709: and 24th: November-1710: And the
Minutes of the Grand Comittee of the 4th: November 1719
were also Read.

And Mr. Taber Collier< no role > Son of the said Henry Collier< no role >
Deceased our present Tennant of the said Estate, the Lease
whereof Expired at Michas last, was Heard upon his Peticon
for a New Lease, And Proposed to give the Old Rent of
£100: P Ann Tax free, And a fine of-£1000: for a Leath
of-21 : Years from Michas last Upon which the Comittee
Acquainted him that they did not think this Offer sufficient
and desired him to Consider of a better Proposall againe
the next Comittee of which he shall have Notice.

Mr. Ablin our Tennant of Clay Tye. for me, proposed
to Renew his Lease for-21: Years from Michas next
at the Old Rent of £100: P Ann. Which offer this Comittee
did not think sufficient but Referred it to Mr. Trear to
Settle an Agreement with him for One Year from Micha [..]
next upon the best Terms he can.
