The Orders and proceedings of last Generall Court
as drawn up were Read ever and Approved.

The Minutes of the last Grand Committee Read
and Approved.

Ordered That the £6000 in the Bank Annuityes, at
£4: P Cent: now Standing in the late Trear Mr. Cole's
Name, In Trust for this Hospitall, be Transferred by
him, to the Present Trear Charles Joye< no role > Esqr . In Trust
for this Hospitall.

Mr. Trear Reported, That the sd late Trears Accts:
to the 4th. of May last inclusive, have been duely Audited,
And that the Ballance, being £2464:9s:6¼d had been
paid by the said late Treasurer to his the present Trear
pursuant to the Order of the last Generall Court.

and make Insurance agt. Fire:

Mr. Law Proposes £18: P Ann. Tax Free And to Take
the House as it is, And says he must Lay out a Considerable
su [..] to Fill it us for his [..] of a Blackmaker .

Mr. Barnard Proposes: £15 P Ann Tax Free and to
Take the House as it is: The Committee did not think
fitt to Agree with any of them; but Referrd: it to Mr.
Trear to Inquire of Mr. Ushers Character, And to Treat
and Agree with him or Mr. Lane, as Mr: Trear sees best.

Mrs. Cannon, on behalfe of Mr. Baker , Proposes
£20: P Ann: Tax Free for 21: years for the Houses in Kent Street
And to Say Out £100 in Repaires; She is directed.
to putt her Proposalls into Writing agt the next
Committee.

Mr. Trear is desired to Inquire into the State
