Proposes-£68.5s. Fine-£8. P Ann And to Lay out £50
in Repaires for the House in her possession.

Proposes-£70. Fine-£6. P Ann And Layout £70. for
his own House:

Proposes-£100. Fine & £6. P Ann for Mrs. Jeff's House

Sent word by Majr. Kipling that he had made his Offer
already and would not Advance which was £20. P Ann
Tax Free. And to Lay out £100. in New Building for the
House in Mr. Askew's Possession.

By Order of her Husband proposes for the 3. Houses
which want to be New Built-£10. P Ann Rent And Lay
out £700. in New Building of 3. Houses upon A Lease
for 61 Years.

And she Proposes for the other 5. Houses-£31 P Ann
Ground Rent And A fine of £350 for 21. Years.

None of which proposalls were Accepted But it
was Referred to the Sub Committee who were upon
the View of these Houses or any Three of them to meet upon the Place
And there to Treat and Agree with the Tennants
or other persons for Letting the same upon the bett
Termes they can and to Report to this Committee
what they Do therein.
