New Wharfs in
Wapping. }

vide 22: Nov: 1721:

Resolved That the Wharfes of the Hospitalls Houses at
Wapping be made of Brick at the Hospitalls Charge upon
the best Termes it can be done, And 'tis Referred to the
former Sub-committee (vizt) Mr Trear Mr. Hollis, Mr
Billers, Mr Raper, Mr. Mayo, Mr. Joseph Townsend< no role > , Mr
Monck and Mr Gee, with Mr Kenrick and Mr Braine, who
are now added, or any three of them to Treat and Agree with
Workmen & others for that purpose; And to Give the necessary
Direccons therein; And Mr. Trear is to Issue such money
as shall be wanted.

Mr. Norwood came to Treat for a new Lease of an Old
Tenement and Yard will Outhouses called the Feathers in
Cheshunt in Hertfordshire for 21: years from the End
of his old Lease: He proposed the Old Rent of 40s: P
Ann and the former Fine of £10: But the Committee being
informed That the premisses are worth £10: P Ann, They
refused the said Offer, And will Inquire further about
the value.

Agreed to Repaire the two Small Houses in St: Thomas's
Parish , One late Ferris's, and the other adjoyning Eastwards
late Walleys and laid into one as formerly: And Referred
to Mr. Trear to gett them Repaired; And agreed That Mr
Casberd Minister of the parish shall have them from
Christmas next at £4:8s: P Ann the old Ground Rents, Tax
free during pleasure; and to Quitt the Same upon a Quarters
