Bowling Green House in Hackney Do Order That the said Way
be forthwith Stopped up. And that that part of this Field which
is Lett with the Meeting House there be Femed off from the Rest
of the field with Railes or a Ditch And Publick Notice is to be Given
That the Hospital will Receive Proposalls for Granting Building
Leases of that part of this Field which is in Mr Rickably's Possession
And also of the Field over against it, lying on the West side of the
Lane or Passage Leading from the Bowling Green House to
Morning Lane and Church Field.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.

Mr. Trear taking Notice That the House in the Front of
this Hospitall late in the Possession of Mr. Thomas a Glover ,
Which is left Standing is so much Damaged by the Pulling
doron of the Adjoyning House, and is so far out of Repair,
That it sums to be almost an Equall Charge to Repair it a
to Rebuild it. The Comittee is of Opinion, That Mr. Guy
should be Acquainted therewith, and a Request made to
him to Rebuild the same with the other Houses.

He also Acquainted the Comittee that the two poors
Boxes in the Old Gate Way out of the Burrough were lately
Opened by the Steward in presence of Himself & Mr. Lade
And that there was found. therein £5: 4s:- which is Brought
into the Hospitall Cath.

It is Ordered That Clay Tye Farm in Essex The Leace
whereof Expires at Michas next be Viewed at the same time
When the Alvethley Estate shall be Viewed by the Gentlemen
Appointed for that View.

Mr. Trear Acquainted the Comittee. That an Estimats
was made the 11th: instant of the Want of Repair in Mr.
Masons Houses in Kent Street , by Mr. Parsons Carpenter
Mr. Hudson Brick layers, which Amounts to£112:15s:-
