Mr. Holder


Agreed That it be Recomended to the
next Generall Court, to Allow a Gratuity
of Ten pounds to our Steward for his
Extraordinary paines & Care last yeare
Mr. Trear Reported from the Sub Comittee
appointed to Consider of Mr: Holders peticon
for a New Lease Of our Demasnes of the
Manner of Burdelines in Comberton. Than
he proposes £40: P Ann: Rent Tax Free And a
Fine of £200 to be paid with a Month
And to Lay out £60: in Rebuilding part of A
[..] Barne with Brick within Five Yeares, For
a New Lease for 21: yeares from Michas
1721: when the Old Lease Expired. But
it being also Reported That the Sub Comittee
Observed a Difference of 50: or 60: Acres
in the Quantity of the Lands belonging to
the sd Demesnes, between some of the
Old Views taken at this Estate, And the
Terrar given in by the al Mr. Holders Kathe [..]
about the time of his Taking the Prsent
Lease which makes the Land to be so
much lesses then the sd Terrar. The
Comittee Ordered That an Actuall Survey
shall be Taken of theat Estate forthwith
And that untill the same be Dane
[..] further Treaty with the sd Mr. Holder
shall be deferr'd:

Mr. Jordan came to Treat for a New
Lease Of two Front Houses and a Back
Building in the High Street of Southwarke
almost against the Kings Beach Prison, in
the Parish of St: George Of which a
Survey & plan has been lately taken
