Ordered That Green Staffs be Sent to

Esqr: Edward Harrison< no role > Esqr. Mr. John Hollister< no role >
John Women Esqr. Mr. John Jacob< no role > & Mr. Wm:
Voyce.

Agreed That it be Recomended to the
Generall Court, That the Comittee may
be Impowered to Grant an Addiconall
Terme Or Allow a Sume of Money to
Incourage our Tennt: at Orpington in
Kent, to Build A Barne & Other Building
which shall be thought Necessary for
Improving our Edde there, And also
to Grant Leases of our Estate at Parndon
in Effex for Longer Terms then One &
Twenty Years to Incourage the Tenants
there, to Undertake the Rebuilding
or Effectual Repairing of our Houses &
Buildings there Most of which are very
much Decayed.

And That it be also Recomended to the
Generall Court, That Dr: Plumtre & Mr:
Tanner, May from Lady Day next be
Enablished on the same frot as the Other
Doctors & Surgeons are with respect to
Sallaryes: And that Mr: Tanner may
from henceforth be Looked upon & Esteemed
as One of the Principall Surgeons And
that for their Services for the present yeares
1722: They should Each of them have A
Gratuity of Twenty Pounds.
