to Gett Pearlesse to settle the Accompt of his Expenditorshipp
and to Distraine or Sue him for his Arreares of Rent, & to make
a Distresse upon Mr. Comber this day Fortnight if his Arreares
are not paid in the meane time, And also to Distraine upon
Mr. Cunisone as soon as the Harvest is in.

Ordered That Courts be held this Summer at Parndon
Helions Bumpsted Hinton, Comberton, & Topcliffes, And that
Veiws be taken of our Estates there and also in Teversham and
Fulborne in the County of Cambridge , Mr. Trear, Mr. Kendick
Mr. Micklethwaite Mr. Mitchell, Mr. Mount, and Mr. Barnes
are desired to goe on the sd. Veiwes, & to hold the sd. Courts And
it is referred to them to sell the Timber lately Felled in our
Woods at Parndon , And to Settle the Acct: with Mr. Skyngle
of the Charges in rebuilding of the House by Roydon Common for
Mr. Jennings, And to Give the Necessary Directions for what is
further wanting to be done there. And to Consider and
Report what is fitt to be done as to the House & Buildings
belonging to Katherines Farme in Parndon now in Lease to
Mr. Goldstone, And likewise to treat with our present Tents of
our Estate in Teversham and Fulborne or any Other Psons
for a New Lease thereof, And to Report to this Committee
what Offers or Proposalls shall be made to them concerning
the same, with their Opinion thereupon

Mr. Trear, Mr. Mount Mr. Micklethwaite and Mr. Braines
are appointed as a Subcommittee to Settle the Accompt behaviour
the Hospitall and Aaron Smith< no role > of Tibshelfe and likewise
Mr. Aults Acct: for the Corne & Grasse left by Mr. Smith upon
the Farme in Tibshelfe, And to make such Allowance to
Him for his Losse therein as they shall think fitt and
reasonable, And to Settle and adjust the Charges relating to ye
Suites agt: the sd. Smith
