Grant the said Mr: Moore a New Lease of the
Manner of Bewick Garth in Holdernesses in the Co [..]
of Yorke from Whitsontide-1715: when the Prese [..]
Lease Expires for the Further Terme of 21: Yeares
at the Old Rent of £50: P Ann In which Lease
Covenants are to be Incerted that he shall not
Plow breake up, or Convert into Tillage any Gro [..]
belonging to the Hospitall which hath not frequently
heretofore been Plowed up, Without Lycence from
the Grand Comittee of Governors of the sd: Hospitall
Under the penalty of £3: Additionall Yearely Rent
for Every Acre And that he shall be Oblidged to
Continue a Tennant with A Family alwayes residing
in the Mansion House And other propper Covents: He
is to pay£1800: as Fire, for this Lease in Manner
following Vizt: £1000: immediately and the Remainder
by Annuall Payments of £200: on the Feast Dayes
of St: Michaell the Archangell in every Yeare The
first payment to begin at Michas 1715:

Five Guineas to the Poor's
Box.

Mr. Foreman's proposall of Paying Sixty
Pounds, to this Hospitall for Lengthening his Terme
to Come, in a Piece of Ground in Hackney on which
he is to Build Two New Houses, was Reported by Mr:
Trear but rejected, And if he does not Build the [..] same
by the Eng of the next [..] Sumer according to the
Covenants in his Lease from this Hospitall The
Governors are to take Possession of the same upon
the Judgement in Ejectmt: Obtained agt: Him
