the Last Grand Comittee.

Mr. Treasurer Reported, that pursuant to the Reference of
the last Committee, He had agreed with Mr. Powell to Grant him
a Lease for 11. yeares from Midsumer last of 3 old Houses in
St: Thomas's parish late belonging to Susannah Holmden< no role > Dead
at the old Rent of £2:4s: P Ann offerd Fine of £5: to be paid present
This Lease is to be granted to Joseph Powell< no role > & Richard Accourt< no role > In Trade

Agreed to grant a new Lease to John Cambden of a House
in Newgate Markett for 16 yeares ¾: from Lady day 1714 at the
old rent of £26. P ann: without Fine
Poores box 5s.

The like to Elizabeth Pratt< no role > of the House next adjoyning [..]
by(held under a Lease to Anne Weldon< no role > ) For the like Terme At the old Rent
of £23. P ann without Fine.
Poors box 5s.

Mr: Violett and his Partner's Letter was Read proposeing to
take the Cross vault under part of the first Court of this Hospitall
and to add £5. P Ann Rent to the £20: P ann he payes a bready for
the vault under Mr. Fredericks Wards. But the Committee
considering the Hazard and Charge of makeing a Way out of that
vault into the said Cross vault, are of Opinion not to accept
the said Offer, nor to attempt to make the said Way, the Corner
pillar for Supporting the said Wards Standing over the place
where the said way must be made.

at Sr: Wm: Honywoods< no role > Farme as Hastingleigh was Read. The Consideracon whereof is
deferred till Mr: Mount comes to Towne

Minutes of Last Grand Comittee Read & Approved:

Mr: Thompson and Mr: Lyde Reported That they had Treated
wth: Mrs: Sykes about the purchase of a Small Farme Consisting of
a house Bourne Stable and other Out houses wth: an Orchard and
Ten Acres of pasture Lyeing in or near Well Street in Hackney
And Two Acres [..] in HackneyMarsh Sett by Lease tofor about Seventeen
years to Come at £36: P Ann, That she asks 25: yrs: purchase
for it. They think there is no Room to Export any [..]
of the Rent. Which being Considered the Comittee is of
Opinion, the Rate is much too high, And think the Land
and the house should be values [..] And Referr it back to
