person for a new Lease of the Little Farme lyeing in Roydon
or Parndon

upon a Lease
expiring at Michas next at - £10 P Ann ( part of the Estate
purchased with Mr: Rands Guift) And to Order a View
thereupon if he thinks fitt, And upon the Reft of the
Hospitall Estate in parndon
aforesaid.
Ordered that Notice be Given to Mr: [..] Barnett in Old Jury Agent
for Mr: MooreThat Mr: Gold will
sett out from London by the Barton Coach on Munday
Sennight and be at Hull Thursday Morning And to
Desire a Horse may be sent for him from Bewick

A Letter from Mr: Richardson was Read Accquainting
the Comittee That the Duke of Devon shires Tennt: of his
Coale Pitt adjoyning to the Edge of the Upper Moore
in Tibshelfe, Has followed the Veine under the said
Moore (which belongs to the Hospitall) and Takes
Coales from thence, to the great prejudice of the Hospll;
Ordered the the Clarke write to Mr: Richardson
and desire to know what Mr. Parsons will give the
Hospll: for the Liberty of Sinking upon the Duke [..]
and Digging Coales in the sd Moore, to Prevent
Dukes Tennt. from Getting the same with [..]
