The Minutes of the Orders & proceedings of
the last Generall Court, were Read, and the
Forme wherein they are Drawne up Approved.
Mr. Foreman our Tenant of House and Ground in
Hackney proposed to this Comittee that he might have
Six Yeares Added to his present Lease and be Excused
from further Building on our Estate there upon
his paying to the Hospll: One Hundred Pounds But
was Acquainted by the Comittee that it was not in
their power to Lengthen his Lease nor did they think
it was for the Interest of this Hospll: so to doe And therefore
this proposall was absolutely rejected, And if the said
Mr: Foreman doe not forthwith proceed in New building
according to the Covenants in his Lease It is Ordered
that he shall be prosecuted for Breach of his Covents:

relating to the said Mannor which were formerly
Left with him by Mr. In yee the late Clerke.
