Minutes of Last Grand Comittee Read and
Approved.

Ordered that an Inscription be put on Sr. Robt.
Claytons Statue, Expressing his Benefaccons to
this Hospitall, And it is Referred to Mr: Trear, to
Gett the same Done.

The Report of Views made & Courts held, between
the 20th: of August last & 1st: of this Instant September
by Mr. Trear Mr: Samll: Lock< no role > Mr: Nathanll: Michklethwaite< no role >
& Mr: Depty: Serocold, For all our Mannors and
Demesnes in the Countyes of Essex & Cambridge
And Pticularly of the Demesnes of our Mannors
of Hinton Netherhall & Topcliffs in Meldreth &
Melbourne in the sd County of Cambridge . The
Leases whereof are neare Expiring, The Former
being Held by Mrs. Catherine Willis< no role > , and the Other
by Mr: Surplice as Assignee of Robert Fuller< no role > ; Which
Report was well Liked & Approved by this Comittee
And the Surveys thereby Recomended to be made
of the Demesnes of our said Mannor of Hinton, and
of our Mannor Hillions in Rumpsted, and all
Other Matters thereby [..] Advised to be
Done, are Ordered to be Done & Observed accordingly

And it is Referred to Mr: Trear & Mr: Sam: Lock< no role > &
who else Mr: Trear shall think fitt, to Adjust & Settle
with Mr: Fuller our late Tennt: at Meldred, the Demand
he makes for an Allowance of 20s: P Ann: for Collecting
the Quilt Rents there, as menconed in the sd Report

other sufficient Person to be nominated by him within a Month Of the [..] nes
of the Manner of Leinton Netherhall with the Apparts in the County of Cambridge
at the same are now in Lease to Cut Mother Mrs. Catharine Willis For
the Terme of 21: Yeares of Comence from Michas 1711: at which Terme the
Present Lease thereof will [..] At the old [..] rely Rent of Twenty
