Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved
A Letter Sent by Mr: Foreman our Tennt. of Houses
& Land at Hackney , to Mr. Treasurr: was Read, whereby
Mr: Foreman refuses to Stand to the Agreement
& Proposalls made by him at the Last Comittee,
to his Lease by Michas next, and make them
better than he is obliged to by his Lease, And
refer himself to the Governors: after he has
Built the same for such Allowance as they shall
think fitt to make him for what he shall lay
out beyond what he is obliged to by his Lease.
And the sd Mr. Foreman, being himselfe prsent
at this Comittee, Spoke to the Comittee to the
same purpose. Whereupon it is Ordered &
Agreed to by the sd Mr. Foreman, That unlesse
he gives such Security forthwith as Mr. Trear
shall approve of, for the Building of the sd
Two Houses and Laying out £600: therein by
Michas next Judgemt. shall be Entred as of
this Terme upon the Ejectmt: lately brought
agt. the sd Mr. Foreman by Order of this
Comittee.

Ordered that Green Staffs to be Seal to
[..] Daniel Dolias< no role > & John Chadwick< no role > Esqr. Mr. Coleby
Apcley Major John Gibbons< no role > & Mr: George
Smith
< no role > Surgeon .

Ordered that it be referred to Mr. Treasurr .
to take Care That no Sister Nurse or Helper be
Admitted into this Hospll: without a Certificate from
the Minister & Church Wardens of the parish, where
they had their Last Settlement to the End this
Hospitall may not be Burthead with such persons
