Mr: Cumson our Tennt. of Clay Tye Farme
in Essex , praying that an Old Harne night be
Rebuilt at the Hosppll: Charge and insisting that an
Agreemt was made for that purpose, when that
Estate was Purchased. Ordered that the Clerke
attend Mr: Underwood who was Agent for
Mrs: Rothwell of whom the same was Rought, to
Know if any such Agreemt. was made, & by
whom, and to Acquaint the neal Comittee
with his Answer.

Mr: Trear & Mr Lock are desired to View
the Under wood now Felling at paradon , and to
Sett out such Trees as they shall think proper
for Repaire of our Farnes in Parndon , which
they are also desired to View, And it is
Referred to them to View the Old Barne &
Buildings at Clay Tye, and to Consider &
Report, Whether best to Rebuild or Repaire He
sd Rarae, and what Rough Timber is wanting
there for Repaires, and how to be provided:

Sr: Willm Rowyer< no role > Refusing in the Conveyance
to be made from him to this Hospll: of Two Small
Peices at Land in Denham , to Covenant against
the Add [..] braces of his Further under
whom he Clamies the sd Land only as Haire
at Law, & produces no Writings to make out his
Fathers Title. Ordered that this Hospitall
do not proceed in the [..] purchase of the said
Land, without such Covenant from the sd S Willm

This Comitte being Acquainted by Mr: Finch
That the severall sumes of Money or Debls owing to
this Hospill: herein after Pl [..] mentioned
