£100: received of Madn. Stevens< no role > in the Yeare
1702: and Desiring this Comittee to Examine into
that matter, or to Assist her in a Suite agt the St
Mr: Finch for Recovery thereof, And this Comittee
having heard Mr: Finch there upon, and fully
Considered the Case are of Opinion, that his not
propper for them to Concern themselfes in this
Difference, the same [..] not relating to the
Hospitall,

And as to the Money which now Rest [..] from
the late Trear to the Hospitall, This Committee is
willing to Take Security for such part thereof
as his Widdow cannot conveniently Pay downe,
to be paid at Christmas next without Interest,
And it is Referred to Mr: Trear, to approvethe
& Take the Security, and adjust & Settle with
Madn: Eyre< no role > all Matters relating to the Ballance
of the late Trears Accompt for which the set
Security is to be Given.

The Scheme or Method for Altering the
House byett for the time to Come, was Read and
Approved and Ordered to be put in Practices, [..]
And his further Ordered That Rent & Matton
for the House & yett, shall be Bought on such other
Markett Dayes, besides Saturday (which has
been the only Castomary Day for Ruying) as Mr.
Trear and the Almoners shall Agree upon &
think propper, And that the Almoners be
Summoned for those Days, but if they happen
not to Come in time, that then the Heard
may Buy what shall be Wanting for the Use
of the House.
