Covenants & Agreements as are contained in that Lease In
Contn: of Six Hundred Pounds Fine to be paid as followeth Vizt:
Two Hundred pounds within Three Dayes Two Hundred pounds
more at Michas 1711: & the remaining Two Hundred pounds
at Michas 1712:

A Paper containing the Alteracon of the Dyett in this
House, and sundry Orders relating thereunto & for preventing
the Bringing in and drinking of Strong Liquors on Sundays in
this Hospitall were Read and Agreed to by this Comittee: And
Ordered to be Observed. And printed Coppyes thereof are to be
Hung up in the severall Wards.

And for the better Incouragement of the Nurses & Sisters
to Observe the said Orders The Sisters & Nurses are to have the
House Allowance of Small Beer on Sundays during such Time
as Mr: Trear shall think fitt.

Mr: Hooper Mr: Styles, Mr: Micklethwaite Mr: Smith Mr:
Powle or any Two of them, with such other Governors as shall think
fitt to Come, are Appointed a Sub Comittee to Examine into the
provisions Spent in this Hospitall, and how the same may be
propperly Chequed, and Satisfaccon given, as to the proporcons
of Meat Delivered to the Cook, and by her to the Patients.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved:

Mr: Russell attended upon his Peticon relating to
Mr: Malyn, and is referred to waite on Mr: Malyn
in order to [..] Agree the Matter in Difference
Mr: Foreman our Tennt: of Severall Houses and
diverse parcells of Land at Hackney , upon part whereof
he ought by his Lease to have Laid out £600: above
four yeares ago in Building of two New Brick Houses
with Gardens Wall'd with Brick, Attended this Co [..]
and Alledging that £600: was not sufficient to Build
Tow such Houses as the Ground required & might
prepperly be Built upon it, He proposed, that
