are All Desperate & that there is not the lease
probability of Recovering thereof: and that they have
for many yeares past, been Brought in Charge, in
the Hospitall Accompts, and are Carried over from
Yeare to Yeare, & thereby occasion Unnecessary
Trouble to the Auditors, This Comittee there upon
Examined into the Pticulars thereof, and being
of Opinion, the same are all Desperate, have
Ordered, that the same be Remitted & Left out
of the Ingrossed Accompt for the last Yeare, &
[..] that the same be not Entred hereafter in [..]

Minutes of Last Grand Comittee Read & Approved

The Clerke accuainted this Comittee, that he
had Spoken with Mr: Underwood as directed by last
Copmittee, And that Mr. Underwood Says, there was
no promise or Agreemt: made by the late Treasurers
to New Build the Old Barne at Clay Tye.

And that Sr. Wm. Bowyer absolutely refuses
to Covenent agt. the Acts & Incumbrances of
his Father. as to the Two pieces of Land proposed
to be sold by him to this Hospl: at Denham .
