The Matter relating to Mr. Gulstones Demands
for Arreares of Water Rent, and to Roberts
Fine for a Small Tenemt. in Joyners Street
Referred to Mr: Trear to Settle & adjust as he
thinks propper.

And 'tis Preferred to Mr. Trear to givesuch
diseccons from time to time for all Comon Repairs
about the Hospitall

Mr: Mount is desired to Sett out this Underwood
for Sr: Willm. Honywood< no role > in the Woods at Hastingleigh
in Kent according to for and Orders.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved

Mr: Treasurer Reported that he had Given Bond to
Mr. Pilkington according to the direccon of last Comittee

Agreed with John Poulter< no role > to Grant him a Lease
for Fifty One years from Lady Day next at £1:13s: P
Anun. of the House and Ground late belonging to Mr.
Sell, lyeing in the Tents in St: Thomas's, In Consn: of
his laying out £100: at the last in New Building Th [..]
Brick Tenements within the first £100 yeares. And
he Submitts to the Trear to settle the Matter between
him & Mr. Hambly a [..] ing Mr. Hambles Water and here the Fronts shall
be placed.

Referred to Mr. Trear to order who he shall
think pper to supply the place of porter of the Back
Gate till a New Olie Chosen by Ganrll. Court and that
the Widdow shall continue in the House & receive
the Sallary till Xtmas She assisting the person the
Trear shall appoint in the Discharge of the sd place.

Ordered that 18: more Sick Palatines be Taken
in and as any Dye or are Cured others to be
Admitted in their Roome.

And it is referred to Mr. Trear . whether
the Clerke send the Letter now read to Mr. Dupree
