The Report of a View Made the 27th: & 28th: of
June last by Mr: Treasurr : Mr. Depty: Serocold &
Mr: Samll. Lock< no role > Of our Farme [..] And
Called Clay Tye, And of the [..] March Walls
at Alvethley in Essex , was Read & well Liked
& Approved by this Comittee:

And 'tis Ordered that Mr: Collyer our Tennt: of
the March Ground in Alvethley , Doe Repaire the
Old Wall next parfleet Creek and Strengthen the
Foot of the New Wall according to the Direccons of
that Report, And his Soa Mr: John Collyer< no role > being
present at this Comittee, and Accquainting the
Comittee that his Father was lately Dead Notice
was given to him that his Father's Execurr: should
Take Care to Amead the Walls according to the
sd Report.

And this Comittee Agrees that the Old Barne
at Clay Tye should be pull'd downe & New built
according to the sd Report She Charge whereof
is Computed to Amount to Fifty Pounds or
there abouts, but will be a Lasting Benefit to the Estate

And Mr: Cu [..] son our Tenn: of that Farme,
Mending at this Comittee, and being required to
make an Allowance towards the sd Charge, in
regard by his Lease he is Bound to all Repaires
The Hospitall only finding Rough Timber,

It was thereupon Agreed by Mr: C [..] son, That
he will pay the Governor : Ten Pounds in Money
towards the sd Charge, and will also Thatch the
sd New Barne at his own Costly, and will like wise
be at the Charge of the Carriage Of all Timber
Deales Bricks and [..] other Materaills which shall
be Used in [..] or about the Building of the sd
new Barne, Excepting the water Carriage of
