Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.

The Minutes of the Proceedings of the Last
Generall Court, were Read, and the Manner of
Drawing up Approved.

It is Referred to Mr: Treasurr : and such others
of this Comittee as he shall think fitt to Call to
his Assistance, to Treat with the Church Wardens
& Parishonrs: of St: Thomas [..] Parish,
and adjust & Settle with them, the Matter
relating to the Poors Rate & Tax for Window
Lights upon the House lately Bind in this
Hospitall for the Treasurer for the Time being
And if they cannot Agree it, Then to put it
into such Method as they shall think propper
to have it Determined.

Mr. Booth our Tennt. of a Small Close
in South Mead neare Uxbridge , came to Treat
for a New Lease, but Offering no more then
the Old Rent of 20s: P Ann. and £40: Fine, as
at the Comittee 25o. Nevr. last his proposall
was refused:

Agreed with Mr James Galar to Grant
him a Lease Of the Demeasnes of the Mannor of Denham
Durdant with the Apparts comonly called the Savoy Farme in or
neare the Pish of Denham in the Counties of Bucks & Middx
