late in Occupacon of Sr: Wm: Bowyer< no role > Barrtt : his Under tennts: or Asst: & now
of the sd. James Gaylar his Undertennants or Asst: For the Terme of One
& Twenty Years to Comence from Michas 1712: at which Time the Psent
Lease thereof will Expire.

And also of all that Close or Peice of Meadow or pasture Ground
called Chequers with the Appurts containing by Estimacon Four Acres
& an Halfe be the same more or less lyeing in Southmead in the
Pish of Denham aforesaid now in the Occpacon of John Booth< no role > or
his Under tennants For the Terme of Two & Twenty Years & Three
Quarters of Yeare to Comence from Xtmas next at which Time
the Lease now in being to the sd. John Booth< no role > Expires.

And also of all those Two Acres & Three Roods of Meadow Ground
lyeing in Two Pcells in Southmead aforesaid which the said Governors have
lately Agreed to purchase of the said Sr. Within Bowyer Barrtt: adjoyning
to other Lands there belonging to the said Hospitall Pcell of the Demeas [..]
of the Mannor of Denham Durdant aforesaid. For such Terme as shall
Expire at Michas in the Yeare of our Lord 1733: and to Comence from
the Time the sd: Two Pcells of Meadow shall be conveyed by the sd: Sr:
Wm: Bowyer< no role > or his Hevies to the sd. Governors together with all the
Underwoods belonging to the sd. Farme & premes. (Excepted in the present
Lease thereof is Excepted.) At the Yearely Rent of Five pounds from the
Time the sd: Two Pcells of Meadow Ground shall be Conveyed by the sd
Sr: Wm: Bowyer< no role > to the said Governors untill Xtmas 1710: and from that
Time untill Michas in the sd: Yeare of our Lord 1712: at the yearely
Rent of Six Pounds And from that Time during the whole One and
Twenty Years then next following at the Yearely Rent of Fifty Six
Pounds payable halfe Yearely at Lady Day & Michas.

The Woods are not to be felled above one Eighth part in any One
Yeare, and none under Eight Yeares or above Ten Years Growth
and that all Timber and Timber Trees shall be Excepted for the one of
the Hospitall and that sufficient Steward Slandills & Waoorch be Left
according to the statutes and the Castome of the Country

That all the Dung Soyle & Compost arising on the Farme shall be
Spent thereon and none carryed off under the penalty of 10s P load.

That has hath within the first Seaven Yeares of the Terme make up
or Case with Brick the Walls of the Dwelling House and new Build
the Great Bridge over the River leading to Harvile Moor and also
make two New porches of Twelve foot Depth to the Great Barn in the
Onter Yard and Take Downe the Old Building over the Gate Way
leading to the Inner Yard with the Building adjoyning Eastward &
Employ the Materialls thereof in making the sd. Two porches and like
[..] Take downe the Old Buildings lyeing behind the Dwelling House
andNewBuild a New Barn & Granary in the Onter Yard and be
Imploy all the Materialls of the sd Old Buildings in or abt. making
the sd: New Barn and Granary and also to expire the Great [..]
and out all the [..] of the P [..] like good [..]
