Thomas Swayne proposes £60: P Ann Rent & £300
Fine & 5: Guineys to the poors Box for the sd: [..]
Farme & Woods for a Lease of 21 yeares from Expiracon
of the Old Lease which was likewise refused. And the
Letting of this Farme is Ordered to be deferred for some
time longer.

Mr: George Smith< no role > Surgeon proposes for the
Three Old Houses in Wapping held by Mr. Waterhouse,
for a Lease for 41 yrs: from Expiracon of Old Lease to
Give £70: Fine and to Advance the present Ground Rent
of £3:6s:8d P Ann for £9: P Ann and to Build Three New
Brick Tenements in the Room of the sd: Three old Houses
he was desired to Consider of a Bother proposall the
Comittee. not approving this,

The Houses in Newgate Markett & Pater Noster
Row Ordered to be Insured and tis Referred to Mr: Trear
to take Care & Direct the Insuring thereof.

Two pupils Admitted to Mr: Rydoubt Vizt:

having been read & approved by this Comittee

Resolved that Sd. Wm: Honywood< no role > shall have
his yearely Allowance of Underwood Assigned out of
the Woods in Hastingleigh and not out of the Woods in
Combe.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.

This Comittee taking into Consideracon An Order made by
the Generall Court in the yeare 1677: Whereby His Ordered
that no Governrs: of this House (whilst a Governr :) by himselfe a
any other for him, Directly or indirectly should take any Lease of
any of the Lanes or Houses of the Hospll.

And this Comittee Observing That time the making of the so,
Order, The Number of Governrs. is very greatly Increased, And
that severall Gentlemen who were Tennants to this Hospll: have been
since that time chosen Governrs. thereof, and severall of the
