to Treat for the Renewall of such Leases. And in Case such
Governrs. should be Excluded from Treating for the Renewall [..]
[..] thereof it would not only be prejudiciall to their Right
but night be also Detrimental to the Hospll.

This Comittee is therefore of Opinion That it should be
Recomended to the Generall Court to Explaine & Alter the
[..] Order in such manner. That for the future only such
Gentln: as shall be of the Grand Comittee shall be excluded
from Treating for or Taking Leases of the Houses or Lands
belonging to this Hospll. during the time they are of the said
Comittee.

Mr President Accquainting this Comittee, That
Mr. Depty. Tho: Eyre< no role > the Trear of this Hospll: Departed, this
LIfe on Monday last the 22d. instant. This Comitee thereupon
appointed Mr Cole, Mr. Llyde, Mr. Smith, Mr. Mount & Mr.
Depty. Serocold or any Three of them to be a Sub Comittee to
manage the Trears office till a New Trears is Chosen and
to take into their hands all the papers Books & Money belonging
to this Hospll. which were in the Custody of the late Trear
and to Inspect & Examine the late Trears Acots. and
Report their Opinion thereupon to the Comittee. And
all matters referred to the late Trear are hereby referred to
this Sub Comittee.

Ordered that as many New Bedds, be bought & Sett up
in the New Wards, on the South side of the First Court of this Hospll.
as are wanting there, and tis referred to the said Sub Comittee
to give the necessary Direccons therein

Ordered should be referred to the same Sub Comittee to
Consider what is fitt to be done upon the Request of the Comrs. for the
Palatines, in relacon to the Taking of such of them as are [..] into

appointed to Treat & Agree wth. Dr: Cox abt. Alderman Coldhams Houses
adjoyning to the North side of this Hospll.
