Mr: Trear accquainted the Comittee, that he had waited
on Mr. Frederick & informed him what progresse had
been made in Order to the Making a New Gateway
& desired to his Opinion Whether the Comittee should
Lett the House late in Vern [..] s Possession (which now
Stands Empty) in regard the Hospll. can't at present
goe on with the Charge of Making the sd Gateway:
upon which Mr. Frederick was pleased to desire that
the Letting of the sd House may be Deferred and that
he may see Mr: Trear againe & whereupon his Order
