Minutes of last Grand Comittee read and
approved.

John Woolcombe< no role > , being approved by this
Comittee was Admitted to Serve under Mr.
Ferne for One Yeare.

Mr: Trear accquainted the Comittee, that he
with the Trears of the Hosplls. of St: Bartho :
Bridewell & Bethlem , and the Execur: of Mr:
John Rand< no role > decd, had Made Contracts for
the Sale of severall parts of the sd Mr:
Rands Estate, and were goeing on to
Agree for selling the Remainder, To the
end that a Speedy Division may be made
between this Hospll: and the sd other Three
Hosplls: of the Renduum of his Estate,
according to his Will, which hath been
already proved in the Prerogative Court
P Testes, and is now Proving in Chancery
upon a Bill brought there for that purposes
and for Taking the Execurs. Accomply and
Settling the severall Charityes given by the
sd Will All which Proceedings were well
liked & Approved by this Comittee, And Mr.
Trear is directed to goe on in Conjuncon with
the sd other Trears to perfect the Sales of
the sd Estate, and to doe all other Matters
relating to the Division of the sd Estate.
