Upon Mr: Trear Report of the Discourse
between the Mr: John Any & the Sub Comitt
appointed to Treat with him touching his
House in the Front of his Hospll: for
which he insists to have an Annuity
of £44: P Ann: free from Takes allowed
during the Remainder of his Lease. Tis
Ordered That Mr. Trear may propose to
allow him £36: p Ann: during the
Terme now to come is his Tennt Lease
being abt. 4. Yeares, and £40: P Ann
for the Remainder of the Terme in his
Lease from the Hospll: free from Taxes
and us more. And all the Things
Scheduled to the Tennt. Lease to be
Assigned with the House to the Hospll:
Agreed that the peice at Garden Ground
will the Shed thereupon in St. Thomas's
Parish lately Surrendrad be Mr. Waterman
be Lett to Mr. Norgate at £30: shutts
P Ann. from Lady day next, he Giving
or Accepting halfe a yeares haveing
to Leave the same, and Keeping the sd
Shed, and all the Fences in good Repaire.

Ordered that it be Recomended to the
Genll. Court for leave to Make the
Wards on the Southside of the first
Court Answerable to those on the North
side, as being more Comodious & Ornamental
and there being a proposall made for doing
