Mr. Trear Reported That pursuant to the
direccons of the last Comittee, He had Treated
& Agreed with Bartho: Virgin< no role > for purchasing
the Two Old Houses lyeing neare the New Street
in St: Thomas's Parish for the Remainder of the
Terne which will be [..] to come at Midsumr: next being abt:
Sixteen Years, at £1:6: P Ann: And that Mr.
Trear had paid him for the same Thirty Five
pounds, and he had Assigned & Surrendred All
his Interest in the sd Houses to the Use of
this Hospll.

And that he had likewise Agreed with the
sd Bartho: Virgin< no role > that he shall have a Grant
or Lease Of a Small Old Tenemt. lyeing in the
Allay leading into the Tents in the same Parish for
One & Twenty Years from Lady day 1709. At which
