Agreed with Thomas Sawtell< no role > our Tennt: of Three small
Old Tenemts: in St. Thomas's Church Yard , upon a
Lease which expires at Michas 1707: at £3:10s: P
Ann: to Gra [..] Anna New Lease thereof for 21:
Yeares from the Expiracon of the Old Lease at the Old
Yearly Rent of £3.10s: In Conbn : of Twenty Pounds
to be paid downe as a Fine, and the Charge he is
to be at in Repaires.

He put 2s:6d: into the Poor's Box

Mr: Broomhead & Mr: Chambers our Tenmts: of a House
in Pater Noster Row upon a Lease at £50: P Ann:
desired that they night be Admitted to Surrender the
sd Lease, and that a New Lease might be granted
to the sd Broomhead alone that so Chambers may
be discharged from the Covents: He & Mr: Broomhead
having agreed to discontinue their Coptnershpp:
and the House being to be enjoyed by Mr: Broomhead
whereupon they were accquainted, that this Comittee
did not think fitt to doe any thing therein, [..]
it being a Matter propper only for the Generall Court.

Mr: Martin our Tennt: of Houses in the Old Baily
attended as directed by the last Comittee, to make
proposalls for Renewing her Leases, but not offering any
Fine or to lay out any Thing in New Building , this
Comittee is of Opinion, the Leases should not be Renewed

The Defect in the Wall of one of our Houses in New-
-Gate Markett now is Lease to Mr: Cambden, is Referred to
the Consideracon of the Sub Comittee: who were appointed
to view the same and they to Settle the Charge of the
[..] thereof they have think Propper.
