such proceedings as shall be thought necessary
for Recovering Receiving & Discharging the
Legacy of Two Thousand Pounds left between

Will of John Collwall< no role > Esqr : who Dyed about
the Yeare 1680: And that Mr: Trear may
Make such Agreemt: touching the sd Legacy
as he shall think propper, in order to the
Receiving thereof, or such Satisfaccon as may
be obtained for the same.

Mr: Jordan who hath for severall Yeares
Past Served this Hospll: with part of the
small Beer & Ale, being Failed, and Mr: Malyn
having taken the sd Jordan's Then house into
his hands, and Requesting this Comittee that
he might goe on to serve the Hospll: in such
manner as Jordan had done, It is Ordered
that Mr: Malyn doe serve the House accordingly
untill further Order be made therein by this Comittee.
