can be made ready for her, and that the
Steward be placed in the Apartmt: where the
Butler its now, and it is left to Mr: Trear to
Fitt up the sol Appartmt: for the Steward and
to make any Door or Doors into the Taking in
Roome, and the Kitchin Yard as he shall think
fitt or need full.

Ordered that it be left to Mr. Trear to appoint
the Court & View at Alvetheley, when he thinks
propper.

Ordered that a Stable be built upon part of
the Ground in Hatchetts Corner in St: Thomas's Pish
late is Leaseand it is referred to Mr: Treasurr : to
give Direccons for the doeing thereif.

Minutes of the last Grand Comittee Read & approved
Ordered that the Gallery in St. Thomas's Church be painted
Wainscott Colour, and a Curtaine or some other proper
Ornament be made behind the Alter peice, and that it
be left to Mr. Trear to give Directons & agree with Workmen for the Doeing
thereof.

Ordered that the Middle Pillar in the Passage out of the Middle Court be removed
to the next pillar, and that another pillar be on the other
side to suite with it, and that there be a New Brestsomer [..] levell
with the Brestsomer in the Upper Court, and it is left to Mr.
Trear to have a Covin made of each side of the Passage
if he shall think fitt.
